We are a manufacturing, internet and mail order facility located 8 miles north of Orlando, Florida. Although we specialize in Custom Designing we offer a full range of services including:  Fine CZ Jewelry in 14k Gold, with our top quality Russian cubic zirconia.  We are a small family business & give all orders our personal attention, both in processing the order & in hand-finishing & inspecting all items! Most items noted as "in stock" & auction items are normally processed & shipped the next business day. 
Sizing & other special requests may take another 2-5 days. Unless specified, items are usually only in stock in the pictured / advertised color & size.  Other colors & styles are made to order and may take 1-3 weeks for manufacture (+Shipping time). Personal checks allow a minimum of 3 weeks for mail, check clearance & return shipping. All shipping is USPS, USPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes! All items are insured. Unless otherwise specified most rings are: Ladies Size 6, Mens Size 10... 14k Sizing charges are $10 (with-in 2 sizes) Platinum $20. Florida residents add 7% sales tax. All stone weights are in the diamond equivalent size.

Some items- special order & custom items, non-refundable items, items over $500, etc. may require pre-payment by check or certified funds and/or an order form with the cardholders signature and/or a copy or imprint of the credit card.

RETURNS
Stock items are returnable (less shipping & sizing charges).  Returns must be authorized within 7 days and shipped back to us promptly. Sized rings will be charged a 10% restocking / resizing fee. Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged $10.00 cleaning, polishing, restocking fees. If you have doubts about the suitability of an item, please order it in the stock or "no preference" size. All items can easily be sized by a local jeweler.  Returns must be authorized  within 7 days from the time you receive your package (we will issue an authorization number upon request). Late returns may also be subject to restocking fees. Orders/returns for multiple items may be subject to restocking fees. Mounted or sized Platinum rings are not returnable.  Special orders & custom jobs are not returnable.

EXCHANGES
Stock items are exchangeable (less shipping & sizing charges).  Exchanges must be authorized within 7 days and shipped back to us promptly.  Exchanged items are not subject to the 10% restocking fee on sized items.  Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged $10.00 cleaning, polishing, fees. Late exchanges may also be subject to restocking fees.  Customers must pay shipping on exchanges.

SPECIAL ORDERS / PLATINUM
Mounted or sized Platinum rings are not returnable.  Special orders & custom jobs are not returnable, however if there are any defects to the item we will gladly repair or replace the item at our expense.  These items cannot be taken back for a refund.

STONES WARRANTY
Our Russian CZs are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee to retain their original brilliance and luster and against cracking or chipping under normal wear. In the unlikely event this should ever happen, Jewelers Studio will provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser.

SHIPPING

USPS GROUND $7.95 (under $100), $9.95 (over $100) - USPS 2ND DAY AIR $19.95 - USPS NEXT DAY AIR $39.95 (Insurance Included in all shipping charges)

Most in stock items are processed & shipped within 24-48 hours. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take another 1-3 days. Occasional items in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many platinum items can take 1-3 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to to have it for you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate shipping option to meet your time frame). 


Standard shipping in the continental USA is via USPS which takes 3-6 business days depending on your distance  from Florida. We need a physical address for shipping, USPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Upgrading shipping options are available during "check out". After your items are shipped, USPS tracking information (including expected delivery date) will be sent to you via e-mail. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO are shipped out once a week & take 5-7 more days for delivery.

Canada orders may have local taxes, duties, & customs fees, which may be collected upon delivery. We recommend you check with local customs to determine the fees.
Canada packages are shipped out once a week & can take another week-10 days for delivery for $20.00.

International Packages are shipped once a week and make take 10-15 business days for delivery for $34.95. 

Lost/Late Packages:
To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide us with a correct "ship to" address.  Please double and triple check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by USPS as it is beyond our control.

Incorrect or Invalid Address:
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
There is a $10.00 USPS service charge for packages that have had address changes. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address.  Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
