International orders may be placed up until 12/7 VIA USPS 12/18 VIA UPS
Domestic orders will need 2nd day air shipping on/after 12/19
Domestic orders will need next day air shipping on/after 12/22
Ring sizes may be substituted to ensure arrival (items can be sized
locally)
NOTE: We will be shipping up until 12/23 next day air for christmas eve
arrival.
If you need a specific item on the 23rd please call to place your order.
Shipping
Information
Most in stock items are processed & shipped
within 24-48 hours. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take
another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items
in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many
platinum items can take 1-3 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or
occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to to have it for
you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate
shipping option to meet your time frame, weekends do not count as shipping days
IE: if your item ships on a Thursday priority mail, it will not arrive until the
following Monday.
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL $7.95 (under $100), $9.95 (over $100) - USPS PRIORITY MAIL $19.95 -
USPS EXPRESS $34.95
Standard shipping in the continental USA is via UPS which takes 3-6 business
days depending on your distance from Florida. Upgrading shipping options are
available during "check out". Once your purchased items are shipped, a USPS tracking number will be sent to you
via e-mail.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO are
shipped out once a week & take 2-3 more days for delivery.
International Shipping
International packages are shipped out once every 2 weeks via USPS first
class mail and take an additional 10-15 business days (depending on customs) to
arrive. Canada shipping is $20.00, other countries are $34.95. Customs and
Duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost/Late Packages
To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide
us with a correct "ship to" address. Please double and triple
check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by USPS as it is beyond our
control.
Incorrect or Invalid Address
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the
customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect
address information.
There is a $10.00 USPS service charge for packages that have had address changes. If a shipment is
returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a
corrected address. Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping
and handling charges.
